The Type 2114/2418 Excess Pressure Valve
consists of the Type 2114 Control Valve and
the Type 2418 Opening Actuator.
The excess pressure valve is used to keep the
upstream pressure constantly on the preset
set point.
The valve opens when the upstream pressure
increases.
